Sharing your views and experiences about health and social care services will help to highlight what works well and identify where things need to be improved. We can then work with service providers to help make care better for you, your loved ones, and your community.
We want to hear from you, not matter how big or small the issue. We are also interested in hearing how coronavirus has affected how you get the care and support you need. Although we cannot investigate individual complaints about NHS or social care services, we can tell you how to do this and put you in touch with local services who can help you.
If you’re worried about sharing experiences, don’t be, we treat all information in strict confidence.
