Manager - Martyn Webster

Martyn has been working in the field of PPI (Patient and Public Involvement) since 2003, first with PPI Forums in Dorset and Hampshire, then with LINks (Local Involvement Networks) in Dorset, Somerset and Torbay (2008-2013).  

As Healthwatch Dorset's Manager,  he provides leadership and oversight of the operational delivery of the service and its relationships with stakeholders, and supports the Board to develop its strategic oversight.

Annie Dimmick worked from 2004-2013 as Development Officer supporting first PPI (Patient and Public Involvement) Forums then LINks (Local Involvement Networks) in Dorset.  Now as Healthwatch Dorset's Research Officer she takes a lead role in developing, overseeing and carrying out local Healthwatch investigations, to evidence local people's experiences and views on health and social care services, and produce reports and recommendations for changes and improvements to services.

Louise Bate

Communications and Engagement Lead

Louise worked from 2005 -2013 as Development Officer, supporting PPI (Patient and Public Involvement) forums in Bournemouth. From 2008 to 2013 she was Development Officer for Poole LINk (Local Involvement Network). Now as Healthwatch Dorset's Communications and Engagement Engagement Lead, she takes a lead role in ensuring that local Healthwatch engages, consults and involves individuals and groups from all sections of the community, including easy-to-ignore and seldom heard communities., as well as leading on our communications and relationships with the media and other stakeholders.

Lucy Cribb

From 2005-2008 Lucy was Administrative Assistant for PPI (Patient and Public Involvement) Forums in Bournemouth and Poole. Lucy joined the Healthwatch Dorset team in July 2013, first in the role of Senior Healthwatch Administrator and now as Development Officer. Lucy provides support to Healthwatch Dorset with community engagement and outreach, volunteer development and with the administration of Healthwatch Dorset.

Ebi Sosseh

Equalities and Diverse Communities Officer

Ebi has worked for many years with many diverse communities in a community development capacity. He has been instrumental in capacity building ethnic minority groups in Dorset whilst working with, among others, Dorset County Council and the area's local councils and NHS Dorset CCG.

As Healthwatch Dorset's Equalities and Diverse Communities Officer, Ebi works to ensure that a commitment to equality and diversity is demonstrated not only in our principles but also in our practice.
