About this event
Often dubbed 'Blue Monday' following the festive period, the day was coined by a travel firm to promote holiday bookings. While not scientifically proven that this is the most depressing day of the year, it does help to remind us that many people experience a dip in mood during the winter months, especially January. However instead of dreading it, let's reclaim it as an opportunity to inspire positive change and motivation.
We caught up with Michael, who shared his experience of living with depression and how he manages it, for example, by setting himself positive goals.
