Home from hospital

Have you, or someone you know, recently been discharged from hospital? If so, we'd like to hear from you.

We're looking for people to tell us about their experience of being discharged from hospital.

Everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw, and one lucky winner will receive a £50 shopping voucher!

In the week beginning Monday, November 5th, we're going to be visiting patients in the Royal Bournemouth Hospital to ask them if they'd be interested in taking part once they've been discharged from the hospital.

But if you've recently been discharged from the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and are interested in taking part in our project, we'd love to hear from you too.

What we will want to know

    • Did the discharge from hospital go smoothly?
    • Was there a wait?
    • Did you have all the information you needed?
    • After you got home, did you get the help you needed?

What will we do with the information?

We will produce a public report based on what people have told us so that services can know what people think is working well and what needs to be improved.

We won't disclose your identity to anyone. We will tell services what we've found out from the people we've talked to so that they can learn and improve. We won't identify you as an individual.
